Chartered Accountant with over 11 years of experience in the field of Auditing, Bank Audits, GST implementation, GST Training, Assessments, ppeals and Taxation, Setting up business in India, Virtual CFO, Liasioning vith departments and TDS compliances etc.
He also has rich experience in various audits like Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, Co-operative societies, NGO’s, Public sector Banks and legalisation of Start-up’s in India.

CA Ashish Khandelia
He is a qualified practicing CA with a 4-year experience during internship and 4 year working experience post internship in different verticals of Audits and Income tax.
He has expertise in Income Tax, GST, GST Refunds, GST Litigation and Consultancy of various clients like Manufacturing concerns, Trading concerns, Export House and Service Sector. He is actively taking care of all matters related to GST and NGO’s.

FCA experience of over 13 years in Proactive finance professional with a record of achievement in conceiving implementing ideas that drive revenue targeting in IA/Internal Control/Risk Management/ Budget Projections/ SOP’s Developments. He worked with M/s Havells India Limited for over 4 years as Finance Manager.
Offering 7 years with experience in controlling the full internal audit cycle including Risk Management & Control Management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations. Subject knowledge of creating a library of risk and compliance policies while adhering to norms that results in increased compliance focus and reduction in complaints, claims & regulatory breaches.
Skills developing and implementing financial and operational controls for business growth and competitive position of the firm through finance management, internal controls/audits and productivity improvements. Competent in standardizing risk management scoring and methodology, creating risk management strategy and implementing a supporting infrastructure with respect to corporate, operational & financial risks.

An associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, since 2017. He has worked for M/s Uninor Telecoms and handled their tax compliance, litigations and representation before the tax authorities. He has an experience of over 7 years. Also responsible for prepare financial statements on quarterly basis as requirement for listing agreement with SEBI and finalize their accounts.
He is currently engaged in stock audits for various client’s though out the year like HSIL Limited, Akzonoble India, Yokohama Tire Corporation. He is handling various governments’ audits like BSL, RITES LTD. He has successfully completed numerous audits of large and medium size companies under both statutory and GAAP accounting rules.
